1.brief introduction

Vertical ultrafine wood flour making machine is developed by our technician though year’s research. With innovation of integrating the crushing principle of all kinds of traditional wood flour making machine both at home and abroad, this machine is successfully developed from single pulverizing principle to a high-efficiency and energy-saving machine with multi pulverizing principles. Production capacity of this machine is 2-3 times of traditional wood flour making machine and fineness of its product can reach over 500 meshes.

2.working principle

Vertical ultrafine wood flour making machine adopt self-priming feeder, rolling grinding, negative pressure transporting, circular classifying to form final product at one time. Raw material is sent to grinding chamber by self-priming of principle machine (grinding chamber are composited by two-grade grinding disks and two-grade grinding balls). Though times rolling and grinding, by selected fineness analyzer on top of principle machine, the material which is suitable for standard will go with air flow into second grade air flow grinding mill to mill again. After this the powder goes into another fineness analyzer. Powder which is not suitable will be discharge from unloader of fineness analyzer and powder which is suitable will be collected from cyclone unloader. Waste gas/dust goes into pulse dust collector so it is no pollution.
